Where are classes held?

All individual lessons are currently held in-person or virtually.

What are my payment options?

  1. You may pay via Venmo (preferred method) by…

  • scanning the QR code below OR…

  • searching for the credentials (@Darrell-Shepherd-1)

2. You can pay via Zelle—if this is offered through your bank.

3. You may be sent an invoice which can be paid directly online via Stripe.

Who do I make payments to?

If you prefer to pay by check, payments should be made out to “Shepherd Music Experience”.

When are payments due?

All payments are due at the beginning of each month.

What if my child will be absent for a lesson?

We ask that you give 24 hours notice to reschedule. Please email us at shepherdmusicexp@gmail.com or text your instructor.

What if my account becomes overdue?

If your account is 30 days overdue we reserve the option to suspend your student’s lessons until the account is paid in full, at which time lessons would resume.
